Once an order is placed:

  • The print is ordered from a professional third-party print supplier

  • Upon receipt, the print is quality-checked, packaged, and shipped to the customer by me

As prints are made to order, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made goods are exempt from the right to cancel.

Any issues must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable.

Typical lead times are between 5-10 business days for UK and 14-17 business days for international orders.
